Until mid-2004, the founding principals of Sawgrass Partners were members of the Senior Living Practice at KPMG LLP, which was widely recognized as the leading financial feasibility firm serving in the senior living industry. When KPMG elected to exit the field of prospective reporting, we chose to embark on our own, under the new banner of Sawgrass Partners. Our goal was to continue providing the same high-quality services for which we were known at KPMG, while providing more personalized service and flexible options for our clients.
Over the years we have continued to grow by adding Operations and Marketing and Sales expertise to our team. Sawgrass Partners has evolved into a full-service firm comprised of highly respected senior living professionals who partner with our clients to provide customized development and advisory services.
The Sawgrass team now represents over 100 years of combined experience in all facets of senior living. We have developed a number of unique, proprietary tools and products that help our clients be successful.
